Kodak Gold 200 film can also be exposed under photolamps (3400 K) or tungsten illumination (3200 K) with filters.
Known for its excellent color reproduction and saturation, Kodak Gold 200 film results in vibrant prints with outstanding sharpness and resolution with fine grain. It also features a wide exposure latitude with two stops of underexposure to three stops of overexposure, making Kodak Gold 35mm film a great choice for inexperienced photographers.
FAQs:
Yes, all 35mm film expires eventually. Like many other types of photographic film, Kodak Gold 35mm film is made from light-sensitive chemicals that degrade over time, resulting in a loss of image quality. The exact expiration date of film depends on a variety of factors, including the film's storage conditions.
Kodak Gold 200 is not the best choice for night photography as it was developed for bright light situations. With a relatively low ISO rating of 200, Kodak Gold 200 is not as sensitive to low light as higher ISO films. However, Kodak Gold 200 can still produce quality images in low light conditions if used with a tripod and longer exposure times.
